The producer, musician, artist, and entrepreneur Wilson B is originally from Kansas City, KS. He grew up surrounded around the arts and began to appreciate it at a young age. Growing up around the arts gave him plenty of opportunities of expressing himself whether it was through painting, stage acting, vocal performance, playing the piano or saxophone throughout the community and writing poetry. Throughout his life, music and the arts have been his best outlet when it came to dealing with hard times, troubles, and the loss of loved ones.  Music has always been his therapy to help him get through life’s troubles.  Because of that, he has made it his life’s purpose to show the world the powers of music and touch the souls of his listeners the same way he feels listening to his favorite artists: @Bryson Tiller, @Ne-yo, @J. Cole, @Jeremih, and @Drake.

His rich R&B voice and music production abilities in the studio allow him to create his own style of music, blending his two favorite genres: R&B and Hiphop into a genre @Bryson Tiller and @PartyNextDoor started; TrapSoul. Blending beautiful melodies with complex, yet groovy drums, while supplying lyrics that tell a story we all can relate to is the sound Wilson B is chasing. Growing up listening to old school artists like @Sade and @Miguel, Wilson B felt the need to replicate, in his own way, the soulful feelings he gets while listening to their music.  From the age of 14, he was recording his own songs in a make-shift home-studio with beats he created since he was 12. Whether it was making songs for his school crushes, making beats for his friends, or performing songs at church, music has been his life since he could remember. And it is his mission to share it with the world.

In April of 2020, Wilson B released his first single on all platforms. With the support of his family and friends during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wilson B planned and performed his own concert that included several of the artists he produced. This shows that Wilson B will not let anything stop him from reaching his dreams.  Ever since then, his music has evolved with each new single, feature and album. Currently residing in the Sarasota, FL area, he continues to develop his sound even more and is always open to working with artists who are serious about their music.
